What previous clients say...
Elizabeth was the best careers counsellor I have ever experienced. Nearing the end of my university degree, Elizabeth was more than generous with her time to ensure that we properly mapped out my ambitions and career goals, formulating clear choices about the best career path to take. At all times, Elizabeth ensured that every discussion was focused on what was best for my personal goals and what I was the most comfortable with. Elizabeth’s sound advice led me to where I am today.
— David J., Bachelor of Arts / Law, Melbourne High School
“I came to Lizzie in a state of minor shock and panic after having been unsuccessful in obtaining clerkships at any major firm in 2012. Lizzie was able to put the process into context for me and suggest a course of action in moving forward. By using a combination of her extensive expertise in the industry as well as her impressive list of connections, Lizzie enabled me to put my best foot forward in the following round of applications in 2013. That year I secured clerkships at several top tier local and international firms, and travelled to New York where I worked at the United Nations.
Lizzie was both nurturing and supportive throughout what was an extremely stressful time in my life. Her intricate knowledge of an employer’s requirements served me well when it came time to draft cover letters and curriculum vitae. It is a privilege to be able to recommend her to anyone currently in the process of looking to secure a position in the professional services industry.
— Nathan K., Bachelor of Commerce / Law, Bialik College
“As a final-year university student, I had clear goals for where I wanted my career to go, but absolutely no idea how to start realising them. Elizabeth invested a lot of time in refining individual applications with me; presenting alternative opportunities, contacting industry professionals, and ultimately helping me to secure a position in one of the top graduate programs in my field. I could not possibly have achieved all of this without her constant guidance, advice and patience - thank you!
— Kanika K, Bachelor of Arts/Law with Diploma of Languages, Mac.Robertson Girls' High School
“At a low point in my career, Elizabeth made her number one priority to motivate me to get me back into the jobs market. Elizabeth provided real and practical options based upon an intimate understanding of my skills and experiences. If it weren’t for Lizzie I may not be where I am now!
— Lachlan B., Bachelor of Commerce / Law, Trinity Grammar School
“I was grateful for Elizabeth’s insight and advice as I approached the end of my law degree. Facing a broad range of possibilities in a tough legal market, Elizabeth helped me to focus on the options that were the best fit for my professional interests and previous career experience. Elizabeth encouraged me to think “outside the square”. I’m now working in an area of law I really
enjoy, which was not on my list before we met.
— Fleur B., Juris Doctor, former journalist
“I was approaching the end of my undergraduate studies and sought Lizzie’s advice on my impending graduate career options. Lizzie first opened my mind to opportunities that I hadn’t considered or sometimes wasn’t even aware of, and then later helped me to narrow down my focus to the jobs that I really wanted. With her assistance I refined my applications and was ultimately a successful candidate for my top preference.
